Prabowo Dines with Jokowi and Gibran: A Special Gathering

President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, recently had a dinner gathering with his predecessor, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), at Bakmi Jowo Bu Citro 1 in Solo, Central Java. During this meeting, Prabowo and Jokowi were seated together, accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming and the Head of the Agency for Development Control and Special Investigation (BAPPISUS), Aris Marsudiyanto.

The gathering saw Prabowo and Jokowi enjoying bowls of noodle soup while engaging in a brief one-on-one conversation before the meal. The private dinner lasted approximately an hour and also included several ministers from the Red-and-White Cabinet, such as Cabinet Secretary Lt. Col. Teddy Indra Wijaya, Foreign Minister Sugiono, and State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi.

Among those present was Aris Marsudiyanto, who drew attention for sharing a table with the distinguished guests. Aris, known as a loyal supporter of Prabowo, has a background in the military and served alongside Prabowo in the 81st Anti-Terror Detachment of Kopassus. He later retired as Lieutenant Colonel (Letkol) in 2006 and currently serves as the CEO of one of Prabowo’s companies. Throughout various election campaigns, Aris has actively supported Prabowo, particularly in West Java.

The gathering at Bakmi Jowo Bu Citro 1 provided an opportunity for these influential figures to engage in discussions and strengthen their relationships. It was a notable occasion that brought together prominent political figures and showcased the camaraderie among them.
